This is the bathroom just off the mudroom and the garage door entryway. Slate floor.
Same bathroom to see the fixture.
This is the doorway to lead from the mudroom to the downstairs hallway. We took this picture after we entered the hall and closed the door behind us. The washer and dryer and then the garage are behind this door.
The living room. The bottom windows have screens. Very bright. Faces east and south.
The living room looking back at the entrance to it and the foyer.
View from the living room. That is the backyard of the house across the street that may one day sell and divide up the property.
Front door with leaded glass.
Formal dining room. The cabinets are the center island for the kitchen. There is no hardwood flooring in the dining room. I guess carpeting may go there.
What will be the kitchen island.
We think that a cooktop will be placed in the middle of this one. The oven will be in the wall along with the microwave.
French doors going into the dining room. Notice the large eating bar area for the kids on the island.
Kitchen. Nice view to the trees out back. Dishwasher space.
Will be granite countertops. It looks like there will be some undercounter lighting going in by the AC wires hanging down on either side of the sink.
This is the maple flooring that runs through the kitchen, front entrance, hallways and family room. I just noticed that the walls in the kitchen are dark.
The island will go where the box is. See the spots for the oven, micro and refrigerator.
What is that door? Could it be a walk-in pantry with slate floors and a light!
Family room. Wood floors.
The landing on top of the stairs. The windows are in the back of the house. Enough room for a desk or something. There are two small closets on each side of the landing. In both homes, the landing is where the bedding is stored, I guess. I don't remember seeing a linen closet at either home.
Master bedroom. Bigger than Sunset. Same views of Baker. If we placed our bed just to the left of where I was standing when I took this picture, the bed would extend into the room to about where the end of the plastic on the floor is. It's a very nice size.
Doorway to master bathroom. Judy says this carpet is what she wants in her house. It's kind of like a rough shag-like carpet.
Double sinks of course. Soaker tub.
12 inch tile on floor and on almost all the bathroom surfaces. What isn't 12" tile is smaller tile.
